General Shipping Information
RER Group aims to satisfy every customer. We have created our shipping and returns policy with the customer in mind.
When you place an order with us, you will receive regular email updates regarding the processing and shipment of your order.
All orders at RER Group are processed in UK currency unless notified otherwise. All prices include VAT.
For Credit Card transactions RER Group reserves the right to check customers credit card details by asking for extra information to be supplied on any purchase. Failure to provide these details will void the transaction and the customers credit card will be refunded.
Purchases made by Bank Transfer or PayPal will not be sent until funds have been cleared.
Orders are usually delivered within 1-5 business days. Occasionally we may run out of a product. If this occurs, we will ship the order to the customer as soon as possible. If there will be an extended delay, the customer will be notified.
Returns Information
Faulty Items:
If your item(s) appear damaged in transit, or if they are faulty, please notify us by email immediately so that we can assist to have these replaced.
Should you wish to keep the items anyway, please notify us in case there is a future claim on these product(s).
Any claims regarding a faulty on arrival item must be made by email without unreasonable delay.
Once notified promptly by email we will issue you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
For early life failure (ELF) replacements, the time period and procedure varies depending on the manufacturer.
Where we are able to obtain a replacement from the manufacturer, we will assist you with this process.
Note that we are not always able to have a product replaced under such procedure.
In such event, we can organise the replacement of your faulty item if we are notified within 30 days of shipment date.
All mobile phone and PDA handset devices are covered by a 12 month manufacturer's warranty.
Manufacturer warranty and early life failure replacements are in addition to any statutory rights you may have.
For all returns other than if faulty:
All other returns, for any other reason you may have, can be made in a 20 days period of ship date, issuing you a full refund or your product(s) exchanged for a new one.
